This remarkable accomplishment firmly established Katz’s reputation as a visionary entrepreneur. 

Katz expanded his entrepreneurial pursuits beyond finance and tested the waters of real estate. In 2018, he founded HavenColiving.com, the largest co-living operation in Los Angeles, catering to the growing demand for flexible and community-focused living spaces. HavenColiving.com quickly gained recognition as a premier organization for individuals seeking modern and inclusive living experiences in Los Angeles. Under his leadership, HavenColiving.com grew to be the largest co-living operator in Los Angeles. 

In 2021, Katz broke into the telemedicine space and became the CEO of Happy Head Inc. With the help of his co-founders, Drs. Ben and Sean Behnam, Happy Head has become a leader in the telemedicine industry. As Katz continues to lead Happy Head as its CEO, his entrepreneurial journey shows no signs of slowing down. With a focus on promoting mental health and well-being, Katz is leveraging his experience to drive meaningful change in the lives of individuals.
